entry is a very personal kind of writing. It is meant to record certain
significant events and feelings of the writer.

Introspection and self analysis from time to time
Self-analysis
or introspection is the first step in the process of personality development. It
is like being a doctor who examiners and treats his own self. In this process,
one has to examine his own problems and shortcomings through self introspection
at regular intervals. An individual must practice this on a day to day basis.
There are two forms of self-analysis:
Diary writing- It means
writing the details of all tasks and events on a day-to-day basis,
Introspection – After getting
up in the morning and before going to bed at night, one must introspect and
analyze his actions, thoughts and behavior. In the morning, we can prepare an
outlinefor all tasks and action that are lined up for that day. Similarly, at
night, one must analyze all events of the day and how one improve upon the
same.

Diary writing -:
Making enties of all the tasks done during the day in a diary is called
Diary Writing. If we go back in history, we find that many great personalities
of the world had a regular habit of making diary notes about their experiences,
thoughts and life events. Their diaries and notes not only reflect their
thoughts, but also serve as a source of motivation and learning for the
readers. The process of diary writing also helps an individual to understand
his own self and improve his abilities.
